「关注计数器 – 防撞限、查回关」（以下简称"本插件"）是一个 Chrome 浏览器插件，适用于 X（原 Twitter）网页版。本插件与 X Corp. 没有关联。

1. 同意之前
安装后，本插件会先打开一页数据说明。你点「同意并开始使用」之前，本插件不读取任何 X 页面内容或网络响应，也不保存任何数据。
2. 读取哪些数据
你同意后，本插件只在 x.com 和 twitter.com 页面上读取：
- 你每次点「关注」「取关」的结果（成功或受限）、对方的用户名和发生时间；
- 点关注时你所在的 X 页面地址（例如某人的粉丝列表、搜索页）；
- X 页面本来就会加载的"你是否关注对方、对方是否关注你"，只记录你正在关注的账号；
- 你自己的 X 用户名和关注总数；
- X 页面弹出的"关注受限"提示文字。
本插件不读取私信、密码、邮箱、手机号、支付信息，也不读取 X 以外的网站。
3. 用途
只用于插件自身功能：统计每轮关注数、提醒接近限制、撞限后计时、统计回关率、列出未回关的账号、提醒取关过于集中。不用于广告、画像、信用评估或其他与上述功能无关的用途。
4. 存储与传输
所有数据只保存在你电脑上 Chrome 的插件本地存储（chrome.storage.local）里。本插件不向任何服务器发送数据，开发者无法看到你的数据，也不会出售、出租或转让给任何第三方。
保留时长：关注、取关事件保留 7 天；关注来源和回关状态保留 60 天；未回关名单和保留名单保留到你清空为止。
5. 你的控制
- 撤回同意：插件图标 →「设置」→「撤回同意」，立即停止读取；
- 删除数据：同一处的「清空记录」，或未回关名单页的「清空名单」；撤回同意后弹窗也提供「删除这些记录」；
- 卸载插件：Chrome 会删除本插件保存的全部数据。
6. 变更
如果本插件读取的数据或用途发生实质变化，会在插件内再次显示说明，你重新同意之前不会按新的方式读取。

Before consent. After installation the extension opens a data disclosure page. Until you click "Agree and start", it reads no X page content or network responses and stores nothing.
What is read (only on x.com / twitter.com, after consent). The result of each follow/unfollow you perform (success or rate-limited), the other account's username and the time; the X page path where you followed; the follow relationship ("you follow them / they follow you") that X pages already load, only for accounts you follow; your own X username and following count; X's on-page "follow limit" notices. It does not read direct messages, passwords, email, phone numbers, payment information, or any site other than X.
Purpose. Solely the extension's features: counting follows per round, warning before limits, cooldown timing, follow-back statistics, listing accounts that do not follow you back, and warning about concentrated unfollowing. Not used for advertising, profiling, creditworthiness, or any unrelated purpose.
Storage and transfer. All data stays in Chrome's local extension storage on your device. The extension sends no data to any server; the developer cannot see it; it is never sold or transferred to third parties. Retention: follow/unfollow events 7 days; follow source and follow-back status 60 days; the non-follower and keep lists until you clear them.
Your controls. Withdraw consent in the popup (Settings → Withdraw consent) to stop reading immediately; delete data with "Clear records" / "Clear list"; uninstalling removes all stored data.
Changes. If the data read or its use changes materially, the extension will show the disclosure again and will not read data in the new way until you agree.
